Privacy Notice.

This notice explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

01

Who we are

This website is operated by THE PINNACLE TRAVEL GROUP LIMITED, registered in England & Wales, company number 10657119 ("Pinnacle Global", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Registered office: [registered office address to be confirmed].

For any question about this notice or about your personal data, contact info@thepinnacle.global.

02

What we collect

We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. If you use the contact form, that is your name, email address, your company name where you provide one, the enquiry type you select, and the content of your message.

If you email us directly, we hold the contents of that correspondence and your contact details.

Our hosting provider also processes standard technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not use this information to identify or profile individual visitors.

03

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use the information you send us solely to understand and respond to your enquiry, and to maintain the resulting business relationship or correspondence.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to enquiries addressed to us and managing our commercial relationships. Where an enquiry leads towards an agreement, we may also process data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We do not use your details for marketing without your separate consent, and this website does not run any marketing or profiling technology.

04

Who we share it with

Your enquiry is routed to the relevant company within the Pinnacle Global portfolio so it can be answered by the right team.

We use service providers acting on our instructions as processors, specifically our website hosting provider and our business email provider. They may only process your data to provide those services to us.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We may disclose data where we are legally required to do so.

05

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer you and to manage any relationship that follows, and then delete it. Where records must be retained for legal, tax or accounting reasons, we keep them for the period required by law.

06

International transfers

Our hosting and email providers may process data on servers located outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or Standard Contractual Clauses, or by an adequacy decision.

07

Security

This website is served over encrypted connections, and access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people within the group who need it in order to respond.

08

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased, to restrict or object to our processing (including objecting to processing based on legitimate interests), and to receive certain data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@thepinnacle.global. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local supervisory authority in the EEA.

09

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies. See our Cookie Policy for detail.
